From New Hampshire:

Take route 3 south.

Take exit 33, route 40/Groton St. Turn right at the end of the ramp onto route 40/Groton Rd, east.

Go for about 1.5 miles.

Route 40 BRIEFLY merges into Vinal Square/rt 4/rt 3A

Very quickly, bear LEFT onto Middlesex St.

Follow Middlesex St. for about 3 miles.

Turn left onto School St.

You'll start to go up a hill, and you'll see a black wire fence on both sides of the road.
At the crest of the hill you'll see a gap in the fence on your right; take that right onto Western Avenue.

You'll see the big brick mill buildings on your right. Follow the road down to the last building on your right. The building will be facing you.

You'll see three loading docks. The entrance to my building is IMMEDIATELY TO THE RIGHT of the three loading docks and a set of blue dumpsters. There's a white entrance with a green door, and a sign above the door that says "Classic Elite Yarn".

Take the elevator to the third floor. My studio is the first door on your left, immediately after you come out of the elevator.
