For a lot of people, I think, being photographed nude is an adventure, an opportunity to see themselves in a new, intimate way. People have always been fascinated with seeing themselves in photographs, but because we're mostly used to seeing ourselves in casual snapshots, we rarely get the chance to see ourselves as breathtakingly beautiful as we really are. One woman I photographed told me that it felt like she had found a mirror that reflected a part of herself that she had never seen before.
